new era in Cancer patient Support
The Emergency Patient Support Network provides hospitals a platform to provide emergency support for their oncology patients and ensure they do not go without basic necessities. Everyday oncology social workers in hospitals across Philadelphia and Camden submit emergency referrals for patients and families who are going hungry, losing their homes, or unable to provide other basic necessities. Legacy of Hope, through an ever growing number of partnerships, provides the emergency support in as little as 24 hours.
