PHL24: Climbing for a Cure

PHL24 was a huge success last year. Can't wait for this year!!

Legacy of Hope and the city of Philadelphia will unite on September 20th-September 21st to raise money for the fight against cancer while setting an official World Record as moderated by Guinness.

Stopping on the steps for a quick photo op!

Participants can register as individuals or teams and will climb the steps of the famous Philadelphia Museum of Art.  Cancer will be cured in Philadelphia, but we need your help.

In addition to stair climbing, there will be live entertainment around the clock, an abundance of healthy refreshments, special guests, and more.  Themed hours will be announced and climbers can dress up accordingly.

The candle light vigil was a incredible and emotional way to show support.

In memory and support of those fighting or who have fought cancer, a candle light vigil will also be announced.  Whatever time you choose and however you wish to participate, register and help us make history in Philadelphia.

Legacy of Hope’s scientific review board will ensure the most promising new cancer research and treatments are funded while our network of social workers connects us to patients in need so we may help with the financial hardship brought on by cancer and they can focus on their treatments and spending time with their families.

PHL24 provides fun and exercise for all ages!

Legacy of Hope is based in Philadelphia, and exists to provide emergency support for those fighting cancer and expedite new cures through strategic funding. Our focus is providing emergency patient support to Philadelphia’s most financially distressed cancer patients through a network made possible by partnerships with major hospitals and local organizations. Often described as the Emergency Medicine of patient support, Legacy of Hope steps in when patients and families have exhausted all other resources, and no longer have the capacity to provide themselves with basic necessities. Legacy of Hope’s funding expedites new cures by leveraging the knowledge of Philadelphia’s most experienced researchers and clinicians to select and fund Philadelphia’s brightest cancer researchers.
